• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. yatoto operates under a strict 21+ age policy in accordance with Indonesian legal standards for online gaming services.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia with a valid Indonesian identification document (KTP - Kartu Tanda Penduduk, or passport for foreign residents with legal Indonesian residency status).
• You must not be located in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law or regulation.

• yatoto employees, contractors, affiliates, and their immediate family members
• Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from gambling services
• Individuals residing in jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal
• Individuals who have been previously banned or excluded from yatoto for breach of Terms or fraudulent activity
• Professional poker players or other professional gamblers unless specifically authorized by yatoto management

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Processing

You must only deposit funds that belong to you. Deposits from third-party accounts, joint accounts not in your name, or accounts associated with money laundering or criminal activity are strictly prohibited. yatoto reserves the right to reverse any deposit suspected of being fraudulent, derived from illegal sources, or made in violation of this policy.

4.3 Source of Funds

You confirm and warrant that all funds deposited into your yatoto account are derived from legitimate, lawful sources and do not originate from criminal activity, money laundering, terrorism financing, or any other illegal activity. yatoto may request documentation proving the source of your funds at any time, particularly for large deposits or suspicious transaction patterns. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.

5. Withdrawals and Payout Procedures

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To request a withdrawal from your yatoto account, you must:

• Have completed the KYC verification process and had your identity documents approved
• Provide valid bank account or e-wallet details registered in your own legal name
• Have satisfied all bonus wagering requirements associated with any active or recently completed bonuses

VIP members may qualify for higher limits. yatoto does not charge fees for withdrawals, though your receiving bank or payment provider may impose their own receiving fees.

Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name and matching the name on your yatoto account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited as an anti-money-laundering measure.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms and Conditions

yatoto offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and special event promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly displayed at the time of the bonus offer. By accepting any bonus, you agree to comply with all applicable bonus terms.

Key general bonus rules include:

• All bonuses require wagering before winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements typically range from 5x to 40x the bonus amount, depending on the specific promotion.
• Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, sports betting contribution varies by odds (1.50+ typically contributes 100%), live casino and table games typically contribute 10-20%.
• Bonuses expire after a specified validity period (typically 7-30 days). Unused bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited after expiration.

6.2 Bonus Abuse and Restrictions

The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of bonuses, cancellation of associated winnings, and potential account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times
• Coordinating betting activity with other players to guarantee profits (e.g., betting opposite sides of the same match)
• Exploiting software errors, system vulnerabilities, or loopholes to gain unfair advantage
• Placing bets that exceed the maximum bet limit during bonus wagering
• Using irregular betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk

7. Gameplay Rules and Betting Conduct

7.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on yatoto are final and cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed once confirmed, except in cases of obvious error (e.g., incorrect odds displayed due to technical malfunction). yatoto reserves the right to void bets placed on obviously incorrect odds, suspended markets, or matches affected by results being known before bet acceptance.

For sports betting: official results as determined by the governing sports organization are final. Bets are settled based on these official results, regardless of subsequent appeals, protests, or changes. If a match is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be voided unless more than 50% of the scheduled match time has been completed, in which case bets stand.

7.2 Maximum Winnings and Payout Limits

• Insider betting (wagering on events where you possess non-public, material information about the outcome)
• Syndicate betting or coordinated betting activities designed to manipulate markets or guarantee profits

Violation of these rules will result in bet cancellation, forfeiture of winnings, and potential account closure with confiscation of remaining balance.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

yatoto is not responsible for failures or delays in service delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider failures, power outages, natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or acts of war or terrorism.

12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which yatoto operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and yatoto. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the jurisdiction.

You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against yatoto. All disputes must be brought individually.
